Kundalini energy is awareness, the awakened inner identity, it is considered the “nerve of the soul”. Kundalini Yoga awakens the Soul—it is a sacred technology that supports the unfoldment process of the Soul, by creating the space to merge with one’s true identity or Sat Nam, which is the Infinity of God-Consciousness.
Kundalini Yoga strengthens and balances the nervous system and glandular system, so that they may communicate fully and become sensitized, so much so, that it is possible to experience the totality of consciousness. When Kundalini energy is awakened at the first chakra (Muladhara), it is meant to be harnessed to travel along the spine and break through the accumulated blocks of each successive chakra, so the energy may merge at the crown chakra (Sahasrara) to create a state of non-duality and transcendence.
Practicing Kundalini Yoga has the ability to awaken consciousness to expand one's potential and experience of life. Kundalini Yoga’s main preoccupation is helping one confront the ego and cut through its attachments so that one may merge with their deepest inner Being, their Soul. And because of this, the practice of Kundalini Yoga emphasizes self-initiation and drawing from the heart, which helps one create a greater capacity to radiate compassion, truth, creativity and infinity in their life.

I wish to support the evolutionary process of my students in this Golden Age of Awakening through the healing grace of Kundalini Yoga. It is my hope that one finds the reverence for his or her Inner Being and taps into the reservoir of their Soul’s infinite potential.
I was introduced to Kundalini Yoga in 2004, but it was only until 2016 that its consistent practice supported a major life change and acted as a healing agent, placing me on a path of mastery to help others find the grace it has given me and my life.
I trained at the Baba Siri Chand Ashram in Millis, Massachusetts, where my 220 hours were certified by Kundalini Research Institute’s Aquarian Teacher Program. It's lead teacher, Hari Kaur studied and traveled extensively with Yogi Bhajan for 10 years, and was aptly named one of the 100 most influential yoga teachers (by a Yoga Journal affiliate). Her depth of knowledge, experience and spiritual awareness are profound and penetrating, making her an inspiring Aquarian mentor and Yogi.
I have experience teaching Hatha Yoga, Qi Gong and Tai Chi. I have practiced Tibetan Buddhist Meditation and Universal Shamanism, which continue to inform my spiritual development. I am a spiritual seeker interested in the Theosophical Studies that explore the expansion of consciousness characteristic of the Aquarian Age. I am interested in all forms of yoga and yogic philosophies, and I look forward to deepening my study of the yogic lineages of Kundalini Yoga's beloved teacher, Yogi Bhajan.
